I really enjoyed reading and learning new exercises that target different areas of the body, and health issues as well. I decided to subscribe to Shape magazine (among others) and I am very pleased. I will always read Shape magazine.

I used to love this magazine but I feel like the celeb thing has taken over -- and why all the weird fashion? It's so dark and dismal. I came to be motivated! These days I prefer Fitness and Self.
